Chocolate chip and oat meal cookies

 Ingredients:

150 grams soft butter

1 and 1/2 cups brown sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon backing powder

1 spoon vanilla extract 

1 teaspoon salt

1 and 1/4 cups flour

1 and 1/4 cups crushed oats

1/2 cup chocolate chips


Preparation:

Mix the butter with the sugar until it gets like a cream, then add the egg and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients and afterwards incorporate them into the mix of butter and sugar.

On a cookie tray, place the cookies with an ice cream scoop, with a good distance between them.

Bake the cookies approximately 15 to 17 minutes on a medium temperature. You will know they are done when the midd part is no longer soft and the edges are getting a light brown colour.
